- Name, Last Name
- final delivery address (n°, street, ZIP code, city and country)
- phone number with country code
- if you want the paintings to be framed, mention the color you want.
I will then contact the delivery agency to ask them for an offer for the shipping from Switzerland to the delivery address.
After receiving the offer, I will send it to the buyer. If the buyer accept it, I will prepare a bill of sale including the paintings, the frames (if needed) and the delivery costs. The bill will be in CHF (Swiss francs) but the total can be mentionned in foreign currency. The exchange rate of the day will be applied.
The bill of sale must be paid before the shipment.
If the buyer doesn't want to pay the bill before, the buyer and the seller both make a "letter of credit" in their bank.
